Helcim has finalized its move to its new office location in downtown Calgary. The new facilities provide added space for the fast-growing Canadian payment processor.
Customers calling the Helcim customer service and sales office may have experienced periodic outages when calling the toll-free telephone numbers over the weekend. The move and telephone transfers did not affect the 24/7 technical support and live authorization telephone numbers and had no impact on Helcim's website and payment systems.
