Helcim Guru Ben walks you through how to create a new order through the invoicing section of Helcim Commerce. When creating a new order, you are able to select the type of order, the currency, the order status, the time period within which you’re requesting payment, and the date issued or paid, if applicable. Once you have the order set up, you can easily add in customer information, product details, and then send the order over to the customer to request the payment. 

Once you have created a new order, you may want to set up automatic email notifications, in this tutorial, Helcim Guru Ben will show you how to edit your order notification settings. Once you have created a new order you may want to email the customer directly, confirm with the customer that the order is paid, let a customer know that an order is due, or add a note to an existing order.
