In this tutorial, Helcim Guru Ina will show you how to customize your batch settings if you need to change the batch settlement time. This might be the case if your business closes earlier or later than the default batch settlement time, or if you want to disable the automatic batch settlement if you do not have a fixed closure time. You are able to customize the settlement times for each of your terminals through your Helcim Commerce account.   

You can also email batch reports to yourself or to another third-party if you want to review a transaction or submit a report to your accountant. Simply select payments in Helcim Commerce and then select batches, from here you can select the batch that you want to email, enter the email, and send the batch report off to the specified individual.
