We make it easy to accept payments by letting you choose the right terminal for your business. We never lock our merchants into equipment leases and there are no cancelation fees with our merchant services. All our terminals are offered on a month-to-month rental, giving you the ability to upgrade, downgrade, exchange and return your equipment without any penalty. You can also purchase your equipment at a low one-time cost.
Compatible with most Apple and Android devices (including tablets), our mobile reader connects using your device's audio-jack.
The Ingenico iCT220 terminal, with chip card reader (chip and PIN/EMV), makes it easy for you to process in-store retail payments securely.

We know your equipment is central to your business and that’s why we offer a full warranty. Should an issue arise, we’re here to help you resolve it as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
Replacing Rental Equipment
If any piece of your equipment is malfunctioning, we’ll replace it the next business day. Please make sure you call our support team before 3 p.m. ET. Depending on the nature of the damage, you may be asked to cover the $45 swap fee. This fee covers the damaged equipment, overnight shipping of the replacement unit and the return shipping of the current unit.
Warranty on Purchased Ingenico Terminal Equipment
When you purchase equipment, it’s under warranty and is fully replaceable for one year. After one year, get a replacement terminal for a $199 swap fee to receive a refurbished terminal of the same make and model.
The warranty does not cover equipment theft, fire and water damage. This is covered under standard business insurance, and, in these cases, you’ll need to buy a new unit from us or pay for your replacement unit.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date and may be subject to shipping and restocking fees. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
Limited Warranty - Helcim Mobile Reader
Helcim warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to replace, at Helcim’s option, any defective product within 1 year from the date of purchase. It only covers damage resulting from defects in material or workmanship and it does not cover conditions or malfunctions resulting from neglect, abuse or accident. For security purposes Helcim may ask for certain information to have the reader replaced, and may ask you to ship the reader back to us.
