Country Malt Tickets (Guru's can/can't protocols)

 

We will be creating tickets under the Great Western Malting MID (found here).
Protocol for these tickets should be:

  • Create each ticket with the customer ID as the first part of the subject.
  • Describe the issue and the resolution just as you would with any other ticket for one of our merchants.

 

 

Keep in mind for Country Malt customers:

We CAN do:

  • Fix login issues
  • Update cards and modify email accounts
  • For now, verify the merchants by using the last invoice amount and last 4 digits of the card number on file

 

We CAN’T Do:

  • Anything with orders (creation, modification etc.)
  • Change account status (Active or Inactive)
  • Turn ON or OFF auto-billing
  • Add or Remove users

 If you encounter any pushback from Country Malt where they refer a customer back to us, please send an email to the contacts below detailing the issue.
