CALL FOR AUTH - Voice Authorization

If you receive a "CALL FOR AUTH" or "CALL AUTH CENTER" transaction response, it means that the customer's bank needs further information to approve the transaction. You will need to call our voice authorization center at the number below:

Voice Authorizations Center 1 (866) 508-5855
Elavon Visa/MasterCard Merchant ID (starts with 801 or 802 or 803)


If the transaction is approved, they will provide you with an approval code (6 alpha-number characters). You will then need to "CAPTURE" the transaction using your Virtual Terminal's capture feature or your retail terminal's "FORCE" feature. This will ask you to re-enter the transaction information, including your new approval code.
