Voiding a Transaction

If the original transaction has not yet been settled, you can void the transaction to prevent the customer from seeing the original charge:

 

1) Click "Current Batches" on the blue menu on the left

2) Click "Main" from the drop down menu

3) Click on the transaction's credit card number under the "Card Data" column (highlighted in blue)

4) Scroll down and click "Void"
