Setting up delivery, refund and exchange policies

Below are instructions on where you can input your delivery, refund and exchange policies. When enabled in the respective settings, customers will see these when they access your Online Store, Payment Pages or the Customer Portal.

1) Select the Online Store tab
2) Click on Store Content
3) Click on Merchant Policies or Privacy Policies



4) Enter your delivery, return, exchange or any other policies in the body and click Save at the top.
