Unlock or reset password for customer

Customers may require a password reset for the portal because they forgot their password or may be locked out of their account. Please follow the steps below to unlock and reset passwords.


1) Select the Customers tab and select the customer for whom you would like to reset a password or unlock an account.



2) Click the Reset Password & Unlock button.



3) You will see a confirmation at the top that the email has been sent. The merchant's new password is displayed in the confirmation.
