Configuring Your App Settings

When you first start the app, it will ask you to create a 4-digit PIN. This PIN is to prevent other users with access to your phone from processing payments. Once a PIN is created:

1) Select [Configure]

2) Select [VirtualMerchant]

3) Enter the account ID, user ID and PIN (this account is provided to you in your original Helcim welcome letter)

4) Select [Sale] or [Pre-Auth] as your default transaction type

5) Check which fields you would like required when processing a payment, for both manually keyed transactions and "swiped" transactions.

6) Select [Done] on the top right corner
