Processing a Transaction (Swipe)

1) Make sure that the app is open

2) Swipe the card through the card reader, after a few seconds the truncated credit card number should be displayed the screen

3) Enter the amount

4) Enter any other fields that you may have set as [required]

5) Select [Process]

 

The app will contact to your VirtualMerchant account and process the transaction. An "APPROVAL" or "DECLINED" message should then appear on your screen.

 If you get a decline response, you can try the card one more time. If it declines again, you should ask for another form of payment. If you get the response "PICK UP CARD" - click here
