Processing a Transaction (Keyed)

1) Make sure that the app is open

2) Enter the credit card number, expiry date, amount, address and postal code

3) Enter any other fields that you may have set as required (we highly recommend making the CVV code mandatory)

4) Select [Process]

The app will contact to your VirtualMerchant account and process the transaction. An "APPROVAL" or "DECLINED" message should then appear on your screen.

If you get a decline response, you can try the card one more time. If it declines again, you should ask for another form of payment. If you get the response "PICK UP CARD" - click here
