Exporting Orders/ Invoices to QuickBooks Online

Please note that due to QuickBooks limitations:

  • The customer attached to the order must exist in QuickBooks
  • The product attached to the order must exist in QuickBooks

In Helcim Commerce...

  1. Click on Invoicing in the left menu
  2. Under Invoicing, click Import/Export
  3. Choose currency, date format (the one you use in QuickBooks), and date range. Click Submit
  4. Scroll down, choose Export to QuickBooks Online
  5. You will see a list of orders. You can choose all or uncheck all and choose specific ones. (Green = new order; Yellow = update existing order; Red = an issue needs to be resolved before the order can be imported)
  6. Click Confirm & export
