Exporting Transactions/ Payments to QuickBooks Online

Please note that due to some QuickBooks limitations, the transaction won’t export if the order doesn’t exist in QuickBooks.

In Helcim Commerce...

  1. Click on Payments in the left menu
  2. Under Payments, click Import/Export
  3. Choose currency, terminal, misc tenders, date format (the one you use in QuickBooks), and date range. Click Submit
  4. Scroll down, choose Export to QuickBooks Online
  5. You will see a list of transactions. You can choose all or uncheck all and choose specific ones. (Green = new transaction; Yellow = update existing transaction; Red = an issue needs to be resolved before the transaction can be imported)
  6. Click Confirm & export
