Reviews

Showcasing product reviews helps boost traffic and increases trust in your products and your store. Our ecommerce system allows you to enable customer reviews, letting customers leave their thoughts and experiences. As an administrator, you can manage reviews before they are approved for display on your online store.

From the left menu, select the Products tab and select Reviews.

1. When a customer leaves a review on a product, they will show here.
   1. In order for them to display in your Online Store, you will need to click on each one individually and switch Approved to YES
   2. Alternatively, you can choose to delete a review
   3. Please note that you must also adjust the “Show Product Review” setting under Store Settings.
2. Once you approve a review, you will see it in this section. You can also delete the review by pressing the X button.
