Payment transactions are processed and deposited in Helcim, while invoices and job tracking remain in Tekmetric. Refunds or payment changes made outside Tekmetric may require manual reconciliation. Invoice currency must match your Helcim account currency to ensure successful processing. This integration allows shops to replace Tekmetric’s default payment processor while keeping their existing workflows intact.

Install the Helcim Payment Extension to your browser from the Chrome Store.
Connect your active Helcim account
Grab your Helcim API credentials. You can find this under Integrations > API Access Configurations > New API Access. Then copy-paste it on your Payment Extensions tab in Tekmetric.
