To access Faster Deposits, you’ll need to sign up to be a Helcim merchant. Once you’re set up and have processed your initial batches, we’ll automatically enable Faster Deposits for your account. If your bank is on the FedNow or Real-Time Payments (RTP) network, you’ll then automatically receive next-business-day funding at no additional cost. No activation, no hidden fees—just faster access to your money.

All Canadian Helcim merchants will be eligible for Faster Deposits as long as their bank supports Interac e-transfer. Any individuals experiencing issues with these banks should call their bank and check if their account supports Interac E-Transfers.

Faster Deposits apply to debit and credit card transactions. ACH payments and other transaction types follow standard funding timelines.

If your bank doesn’t support Interac e-transfer, your funds will follow standard deposit times of 1-3 business days.

Next day funding transfers funds the following business day, typically at a lower cost or free (Helcim Faster Deposits).
