To access Faster Deposits, you’ll need to sign up to be a Helcim merchant. Once you’re set up and have processed your initial batches, we’ll automatically enable Faster Deposits for your account. If your bank is on the FedNow or Real-Time Payments (RTP) network, you’ll then automatically receive next-business-day funding at no additional cost. No activation, no hidden fees—just faster access to your money.

Helcim uses the RTP and FedNow networks to process Faster Deposits. Check the list of supported banks to see if you are qualified for fast track funding.

Faster Deposits apply to debit and credit card transactions. ACH payments and other transaction types follow standard funding timelines.

If you're a US-based merchant accepting payments in Canada, you may not be eligible for Faster Deposits yet, as the service is being rolled out region by region. We're working on making it available in Canada by summer 2025.

Same day funding deposits transaction funds into your account within hours, usually on the same day, but may have high fees. Next day funding transfers funds the following business day, typically at a lower cost or free (Helcim Faster Deposits). Same-day funding is ideal for businesses that need immediate cash flow, while next-day funding works for those who can wait and want to save on fees.
