ACH (Automated Clearing House) are bank-to-bank electronic money transfers. Most commonly used for payroll and accounts receivables, they allow money to be debited from your customer’s bank account and sent directly to your own. Unlike credit cards that have Interchange Fees, ACH transactions are much more affordable.

ACH transactions are currently limited to $25,000 per transaction.

Deposits will typically appear in your bank account within 3-4 business days, depending on the time of day that your transactions are settled. Your daily ACH transactions are batched together, and deposited to your bank account net of processing fees.

We support a wide range of businesses and industries including most small businesses, but there are a few prohibited business types. You can learn more about Helcim's Acceptable Use Policy here.

No! You can use your existing bank account, provided by your financial institution or credit union. Sole proprietors can use a personal bank account. Incorporated business and partnerships are required to use a business bank account
