  • Do I need to be a Helcim merchant to participate?

    No! Our partnership programs operate separately from our merchant accounts. Accounting professionals who are existing Helcim merchants are welcome to participate and gain access to extra perks, however a Helcim merchant account is not required.

  • If I have multiple clients using Helcim, is there a central location where I can access all client accounts?

    Absolutely! Simply use the same login credentials when configuring your individual employee within your clients’ respective accounts.

    From there, you’ll be able to toggle between merchant accounts under one login.

  • Does Helcim do anything other than accepting payments?

    Helcim offers a suite of tools to support small and medium sized businesses in their day-to-day operation. Access to Helcim's suite of professional business tools comes included with your free Helcim account.

  • Am I able to sign-up for a Helcim merchant account on behalf of my client?

    We recommend the business owners complete the sign-up process, however following approval, your client can grant you employee access to their merchant account.

  • As an Accountant and/or Bookkeeper, am I able to access my client’s system directly?

    Yes! Following sign-up, your client can add you as an employee within their account for direct access.

    Similarly, our onboarding team can support you and your client through the set up to ensure quick and easy access.

  • Are there costs to leverage the Xero and QBO integrations?

    No way! Helcim’s third party integrations are complimentary to all Helcim merchants and are easily configured via merchant accounts.
