This new integration is designed to make your account receivables a breeze through a wide range of AR automations, including invoicing, syncing, and payment acceptance.

Seamlessly integrate Helcim and QuickBooks Online (QBO)

With just a few clicks, you can now connect your Helcim merchant account to QuickBooks Online. Once connected, invoices created in QuickBooks are automatically pulled into Helcim in real-time. Your customers are notified and can make payments using credit cards or ACH. You can also set up automatic due reminders and perform mass collections using your customers’ stored credit card on file.

Real-time sync for hassle-free account receivables

When an invoice is paid, the transaction is automatically synchronized back into QuickBooks, and your invoice is marked as paid. That means no more manual entries so you can spend more time running your business.

Credit cards and ACH payments in one place

Get paid in more ways thanks to our built-in ACH and EFT-PAD payments, part of every Helcim merchant account. Payment information is securely stored as part of your customer’s profile, and enables them to pay with just one-click on the next invoice.
