At Helcim, we've always valued the feedback and suggestions from our team. After all, our team's insights are a cornerstone of our growth! So thanks to some amazing feedback we recently received (thank you!), we’ve announced a game-changing update to our vacation policy. 😁

So, what's all the buzz about? Well, hold on to your beach hats because we're about to transform the way you think about time off. 🏖️ 🏖️

Our New Vacation Policy

All new Helcim team members will continue to receive their standard 15 vacation days plus the holiday closure we have in December. But here's the exciting twist! From your first anniversary with us, you'll begin accumulating an additional day of vacation for each year of continuous service.

What Does This Mean Exactly?

Every anniversary of your joining Helcim, your vacation accruals will increase by an extra day. This means more time to relax, recharge, and explore the world.

Let's break it down:

• 1st Anniversary: 16 days of vacation
• 2nd Anniversary: 17 days of vacation
• 3rd Anniversary: 18 days of vacation
• 4th Anniversary: 19 days of vacation
• 5th Anniversary: 20 days of vacation
• 6th Anniversary: 21 days of vacation
• 7th Anniversary: 22 days of vacation
• 8th Anniversary: 23 days of vacation
• 9th Anniversary: 24 days of vacation
• 10th Anniversary: A whopping 25 days of vacation!!

That's right; the maximum accrual tops out at an incredible 25 vacation days when at someone’s 10th anniversary, and that's in addition to the holiday closure we have in December.

We know our team works hard, and we believe everyone at Helcim deserves to take the time off to create memories, relax, and unwind.
