How it works with Helcim
Setting up Helcim with ARI is a quick, one time set up. When a job is complete, you can send invoices to your customers exactly as you normally would inside the ARI platform. Your client can then pay securely by card directly inside the online invoice or Client Portal, requiring no clunky redirects, extra logins, or leaving the page. Finally, every transaction instantly lands on ARI’s Payments page, giving your shop one centralized dashboard to view collections, issue refunds or voids, and easily reconcile the day’s work.
Requirements
Setup
Create a free Helcim account. If you already have one, you can skip this step.
Log into your Helcim dashboard → All Tools → Integrations → API Access Configuration and generate a new API token.
Open ARI → Payments → Payment Processors → Helcim → "Already have a Helcim account?" and paste in the API token. ARI will validate the token and then you're ready to take payments!
